A3. For quoting GH prefer 3D CAD file in format in STEP, IGES, X TOSTL.2D CAD drawings with reference dimensions in format DWG andPDF.All of the GH processes are dependent on good 3D CAD solidmodels.
Q4. How do l know my design will be kept?confidential?(Non-Disclosure Agreements)
A4. GH rely on our reputation of working with hundreds of thousandsof unique designs over many years, we always keeps customerinformation confidential and have a strict policy within our factory. lfneeded, we can sign an NDA with customers who require thisdocumentation.
Q5.What is your MoQ(minimum order quantity)?
A5.There is no minimum order quantity requirements at GH.Ourservices can support you scale from one-off prototypes all the way tomid- and high-volume production.
Q6.What is the quality control of your company?
A6. We have special product laboratory and measurement room, andhave very professional testing and measuring equipment. We do rawmaterial incoming inspectiong, in-process product quality control andoutgoing good quality control
Q7. Hong long will the quotation be completed normally in yourcompany?
A7, According to different products, consider whether the commonmaterials used and how the processing precision, normally thequotation will be completed in 2-12 hours.
Q8. How about the Shipping Method?
A8.DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex and other air shipments and sea shipmentsare all workable. In a word, we could do any shipments you want.
Q9. How about the delivery date?
A9.In General, the delivery date will be 3-5 working days for normalbuy quantity.But if bigger order, please check with us further.
